$20M development planned for Bryn Mawr

A new development project, with a $20,000,000 price tag, is coming soon to Bryn Mawr on the Philadelphia Main Line.  The project, called Bryn Mawr Village, will be built at 909 Lancaster Ave. on several parcels that Blank Aschkenasy Properties assembled over the last few years on Lancaster and along Merion Avenue.  Bryn Mawr Village will consist of nearly 60,000 square feet. The main part will be 53,000 square feet and roughly 35,000 square feet will be retail space and 17,000 square feet will be office space. This development will be filling a void that has been a long Lancaster ave. for a while now.
