Folcroft is a borough in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 6,978 at the 2000 census. According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 1.4 square miles, of which, 1.4 square miles of it is land and 0.1 square miles of it is water. It is bordered by the southwestern portion of Philadelphia. Other neighboring communities include Collingdale, Sharon Hill, Glenolden, Darby Township and Norwood. A branch of the Delaware County Courthouse makes its home in Folcroft, and the town is a stop on the Wilmington/Newark Line of the SEPTA Regional Rail commuter railroad system.
