The Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the famed Waterloo Gardens property, located at 136 Lancaster Ave. in Devon, PA., was purchased by developer Eli Kahn for $7 million and will be developed.
The famed Du Pont estate, located in Newtown Square, Pa., was purchased by Toll Brothers and transformed into luxurious townhomes. This estate, recently the subject of the hit move Foxcatcher, is famously known for the 1996 murder of Olympic wrestler, Dave Schultz.
